Let me tell you a story from my product development at Shipwaves
We had built a feature based on a lot of research – compare rates, and book the cargo freight aimed at logistics managers of the businesses.
We were happy with the usage patterns of the feature! But we had a sweet surprise, in the second week of the launch, we got quite amused with some unique feedback from a lot of customers – they use the rate comparison not just for booking, but for winning deals! And those users were not logistics managers, but the sales people of those companies!
Just one of the many examples we have seen in as our product is evolving.
